Information we handle

The platform may process account details, membership submissions, player records, role assignments, fixture participation, referee information, and contact details needed to run league operations.

Why it is used

Information is used to manage competitions, registrations and consent, approvals, transfers, fixtures, match-day records, qualification and compliance status, and related communications. BigLeagues does not operate safeguarding allegation or case-management workflows, or collect membership and transfer payments.

Who can see it

Public pages show league information intended for publication. Signed-in data is limited by role-based access for members, club officials, referees, league administrators, and governing-body administrators.

If you need to update, correct, or ask about personal information, use the contact page so the appropriate club, governing body, or platform administrator can review the request.
